Pricing & Rental

Dumpster rental in Conroe typically runs $295–$575 depending on container size and rental period. Prices vary based on the type of material you're hauling and local landfill fees. We give you one flat rate upfront — call us and we'll quote you on the spot with no obligation.

Standard rentals include 7 days. Need more time? Just let us know before pickup — extended rental periods are available for a small daily rate. Most customers find 7 days is plenty for residential projects.

No. We quote a single flat rate that covers delivery, pickup, and disposal. If you exceed the weight limit or need extended rental time, we'll let you know the exact additional charge before any extra cost is applied — never a surprise on your bill.
Container Sizes

10 yard — single room cleanout, small bathroom remodel, attic or yard debris.
15 yard — kitchen remodel, garage cleanout, roofing up to ~1,500 sq ft.
20 yard — full home cleanout, major renovation, roofing up to ~2,500 sq ft. This is our most popular size.
30 yard — new construction, large demolition, commercial cleanout, estate cleanout.

Still not sure? Call us at (936) 283-4372 — we'll nail it in under 2 minutes.

If you underestimate, we can swap for a larger container or schedule an additional pickup. If you overestimate and have unused space, no worries — you only pay for the size you ordered. We'd rather help you size it right upfront, which is why we always recommend talking to us before booking.
Delivery & Placement

Yes — if you call before noon on a business day, we can typically deliver the same day. Call (936) 283-4372 to confirm availability for your address.

We always place wood boards under the container to distribute weight and minimize contact with your driveway surface. For decorative concrete or pavers, let us know when you book and we can discuss additional protection options. Standard asphalt and concrete driveways are rarely affected.

No — do not attempt to move the container yourself. If you need it repositioned, call us at (936) 283-4372 and we can send someone to move it for a small fee.

If the dumpster is placed on your private driveway or property, no permit is needed. If it needs to go on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way in Conroe, the City of Conroe may require a right-of-way permit. We'll walk you through this when you call.

Check your HOA's CC&Rs before booking. Most HOAs permit dumpsters on private driveways for short-term projects (7 days or less) without special approval. If your HOA requires a notification or approval, we're happy to provide documentation about the rental.

Yes — as long as the container is placed on private property and both parties agree to the terms. Call us to discuss the logistics and make sure you order a size big enough for both projects.
What You Can (and Can't) Toss

Texas regulations prohibit the following from roll-off dumpsters:
  • Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides)
  • Batteries (car batteries, lithium-ion)
  • Tires
  • Appliances containing refrigerant (AC units, refrigerators, freezers)
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical waste
Most household junk, construction debris, furniture, flooring, roofing shingles, and yard waste is perfectly fine. When in doubt, ask us before you load.

Light rain generally isn't an issue. If heavy rain is expected and your load includes absorbent materials like insulation or drywall, covering the container with a tarp is a smart move — waterlogged materials can significantly increase the weight and push you over the weight limit.
Good to Know

Dumpster rental means we drop a container at your location and you load it at your own pace over several days. You pay for the container, not the labor. Junk removal means a crew comes to your property and loads everything in a single visit — you pay for the labor and convenience. Dumpster rental is typically significantly cheaper for larger projects where you have time to sort and load yourself.
